Today I want to present you the next great app by Urbandroid.

The app's name is Twilight and the apps purpose is to dim your app based on the daytime, so you can sleep better.

According to this description on the app's website the photoreceptors in your eye are producing a lot of Melanthonin when you look at blue light. This Melanthonin can cause sleep issues.

To reduce this sleep issues the app will put a red overlay over your screen. Some people may be annoyed by this filter but it's able to get used to it.

I use the app myself too and I can really experience a different to before. Now I can sleep after just 10 minutes or less after looking at my phone. Before I had to wait hours. So the app really improved my life.

So if you have troubles with sleeping or just want to be fitter the next morning because you slept longer, just try this awesome app!
